A 26-year-old LeRoy man was convicted on all five counts involving the sexual abuse of a minor Thursday in County Court.
Alexander Kessler of Myrtle Street was found guilty of two counts of criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful dealing with a child. Kessler faces up to 25 years in prison for the most serious charge: first-degree criminal sexual act which is a class B felony.
Kessler supplied a teen girl alcohol and marijuana and then subjected her to sexual contact without her consent and while she was unable to consent on Feb. 25.
The jury reached a decision in two-hours and 15-minutes.Sentencing is scheduled for March 5.
