The Town of Batavia Planning Board meeting yesterday revealed further details about the space planned for a second Tim Horton’s Batavia location.
A representative from Benderson Development Company says the property wedged between Lewiston Road, Main Street and Colonial Boulevard will also include a retail building and drive-thru ATM.
No tenants have been found and the Tim Horton’s project isn’t approved yet, but the company didn’t want to surprise planners later on.
Traffic continues to be a chief concern for residents. Benderson’s own traffic study was submitted Monday to the DOT and the town for analysis.
