A Batavia woman is facing charges for trespassing and resisting arrest following an incident at the Police Station.
Nicole Bilby, 26, of West Main Street, became unruly and disruptive at Batavia Police headquarters and was asked to leave the station several times by personnel. Bilby was taken into custody and physically arrested. She was arraigned and remanded to Genesee County Jail with bail set at $1,000.
A man accused of violating an order of protection is also facing charges for endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
Joshua Baltz, 36, allegedly repeatedly called a protected person derogatory and offensive names in a threatening and intimidating manner. The alleged incident occurred in the presence of a child. Baltz was committed to County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
A Batavia woman who allegedly pushed and threatened a person while at UMMC this weekend is facing a harassment charge.
Rae Cook, 23, of Ellicott Street is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
