The 24-year-old woman accused of being drunk when she caused a crash that killed a baby Tuesday morning in the Erie County Town of Brant has been released on bail. 

Danielle Kellogg posted $20,000 cash bail yesterday and was released from the Erie County holding center. Kellogg is accused of being drunk and crashing into a car driven by Denise Hine of Hamburg, killing her seven-month-old daughter Baylee Dion. Hine was released from the hospital yesterday as she continues to recover from injuries sustained in the crash.

Kellogg is due in court Friday at 4 p.m.

This women should rot behind bars she doesnt deserve to live her life after taking the life of a 7 month old child. She should at least get 10-15 yrs in stat penetenery . But this is just my opionion but still its not right.
