A grandmother and her grandson are facing drug charges.
69-year-old Elsie Biaselli and her grandson, 28-year-old Joshua Biaselli are facing several charges including conspiracy and promoting dangerous prison contraband. Both were allegedly involved in smuggling crack cocaine and marijuana into Attica Correctional Facility when Joshua was housed there in August of this year.
Joshua is currently serving a sentence for felony DWI out of Orleans County and is being held at Upstate Correctional Facility in Malone.
Both Biasellis have pleaded not guilty.
