Buffalo Police have arrested a man they say is a high-level heroin dealer in the city.
Police raided the West Side home of 51-year-old George Torres this week, saying they recovered a quarter of a kilo of heroin and $368,000 in cash. Police say they also found three handguns in the Garner Avenue home.
Torres was arraigned yesterday and ordered held without bail. A detention hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
