An Alexander man can’t stay away from run-ins with law enforcement.
Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies have charged 25-year-old Nicholas Anotnucci with criminal contempt after he had contact with an estranged girlfriend he was ordered to stay away from.
He posted $1,500 bail and was released following his arraignment.
Antonucci is currently out on $50,000 bond in Wyoming County for multiple burglary and grand larceny charges from early October.
