The Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force has charged Victor Guy, 25, (AKA Grimes) with sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
A six-month investigation alleges that Guy was involved in the transportation and sale of crack cocaine in the City of Batavia. Guy was committed to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
