Two people are facing petit larceny charges in Warsaw.
36-year-old Tammy Cornell is accused of stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart. The value of what was allegedly stolen totaled less than $10.
28-year-old David Young is accused of stealing from Wal-Mart as well. He was also found to have stolen items from the Advanced Auto Parts store. The items totaled $115. Both are scheduled to appear at Town Court at a later date.
An Oakfield man has been indicted and charged with stealing a dune buggy, four-wheeler and a Honda dirt bike from a building on Fisher Road in June.

When Antoine Shaw of Franklin Park, N.J. couldn’t produce a valid driver’s license, an investigation revealed that he had an outstanding warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance out of New York City Court.
Shaw was taken into custody and additionally charged with bail jumping. Shaw was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail following arraignment without bail. He will appear in Orangeville Town Court at a later date to further answer the bail jumping charge, and will await extradition proceedings to answer the warrant in NYC.
