An Alexander man released in connection of counts of burglary and larceny was charged again just a few days later.
Attica Village Police charged 25-year-old Nicholas Antonucci this weekend with unlicensed operation.
Antonucci has a significant arrest record and faces multiple burglary and larceny counts in Genesee and Wyoming counties revolving around the theft or attempted theft of snowmobiles, four-wheelers and dirt bikes.
Antonucci was in jail until his Oct. 4 court session. He is scheduled to appear at a later date in Village Court.
