The former teen pageant queen featured in an episode of ABC’s Wife Swap pled not guilty to charges of prostitution, impersonation, and drug possession in Pembroke Town Court Tuesday.
21-year-old Alicia Guastaferro of Williamsville was arrested at a Thruway travel plaza in August. State troopers found her and Rochester attorney James Doyle apparently passed out in a running car.
She told troopers Doyle paid her $500-700 twice a month to have sex with him, according to court documents.
At the time of the incident Guastaferro lied to troopers about her identity. She also was found to have prescription medication in her purse.
Attorney Dan Killelea said prior to his client's next court appearance December 11th, he will meet with Assistant District Attorney Robert Zickl and discuss the case. That discussion will help determine what happens next.
Guastaferro and ABC settled a lawsuit last year over the “Wife Swap” episode. She claimed its unfair portrayal of a spoiled 15-year-old made her a target of ridicule.
