Attica lawmen arrest one man for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Timothy Johnson, 18, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with felony assault and resisting arrest.
Attica Police Officer Christopher Graham was called to Johnson’s place for a disturbance.
Once there, police say Johnson became combative and had to be subdued.
Johnson was taken to Wyoming County Community Hospital where police say he again became combative and had to be subdued by
Graham suffered a shoulder injury.
Also arrested at the Lincoln Avenue address was Katelyn Kubala, 23.
She was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle.
Both Kubala and Johnson were taken to the Wyoming County Jail and held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
