The time for pedestrians to cross at the intersection of Route 5 and Ross Street in Batavia will be increased by 20 seconds.
The DOT made the decision after receiving complaints that the time allotted by the signal had been too short – especially for residents at the nearby Manor House (a senior housing facility).
No announcement has been made about when this will occur.
