An Attica man is facing multiple charges, including Felony Aggravated DWI, after he was arrested for driving under the influence with a child in the car.
Following a sobriety test, officers also arrested 46-year-old Zachary Pope with DWI; driving while ability impaired by drugs; consumption of alcohol in the vehicle; criminal impersonation; failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely.
Pope was arraigned in Attica Village Court and is currently in the Wyoming County Jail with bail set at 5-thousand dollars. Pope will appear again in court on November 5th.
