A Batavia man facing a 340-count indictment charging him with sex abuse pleaded not guilty in Ontario County Court Wednesday.
41-year-old Michael Lewis is accused of repeated acts of sexual assault against two girls, ages 12 and 14.
The most serious charges against Lewis are predatory sexual assault against a child which carries a maximum 25-years-to-life sentence upon conviction.
Lewis remains in Ontario County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
