A Batavia bartender/server is accused of stealing more than $3-thousand from his employer. 36-year old Adam Hoag of Batavia allegedly voided transactions and falsely documented discount receipts and gift certificates while employed at Center Street Smokehouse. Hoag has been charged with a felony count of grand larceny. He was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
