42-year old Henry Banks of Batavia is accused of stealing scrap metal from a business in Oakfield. Banks has been charged with petit larceny. He will answer to the charge in Oakfield Town Court on September 17th.
A Batavia man is accused of hosting an underage drinking party. 21-year old Christian Hilken has been charged with unlawfully dealing with a child. He will answer to the charge on September 20th.
27-year old Jennifer Maggio of Leicester is accused of stealing $95.32 worth of merchandise from Batavia's K-Mart by hiding it in her purse. Maggio has been charged with petit larceny. She will answer to the charge in Batavia Town Court at the end of the month.
