Two teenagers were rushed to ECMC after their ATV crashed into a car Wednesday afternoon. A 15-year-old ATV driver of Batavia and his female passenger were exiting a wooded area on Day Road in Alexander when they didn’t see a PT Cruiser heading their way.
The female passenger of the ATV was sent to ECMC by Mercy flight with severe leg abrasions. The driver of the PT Cruiser 27-year old Jennifer Shaw was not injured, the driver of the ATV was sent to ECMC by ambulance with abrasions.
The driver of the ATV could face charges of unlicensed operation and failure to yield.
