A Batavia man has been charged with D.W.I and speeding. 29-year-old Casey Sisson was driving west bound on Main Street in Batavia and was allegedly caught driving over the speed limit while drunk.When asked by police Sisson refused to take a sobriety test.
Another Batavia Man has been charged with D.W.I with a blood alcohol content above .08.23-year-old William Bell was stopped in Alexander after allegedly operating a vehicle without tail lights. Police said after additional examination it revealed that Bell was driving drunk.
