An Elba woman has been charged with aggravated harassment. 44-year-old Jernie Kuhns is accused of sending text messages to another person threatening to come to the house and physically harm them. Kuhns allegedly went to the residence, but left when nobody answered the door. She has been jailed on $350 bail.
A 32-year-old man has been charged with burglary and petit larceny. Bradley Broadbent is accused of stealing clothing from a home on Tracy Avenue after forcibly entering the residence and causing damage to the door. Broadbent was arrested yesterday while appearing in Batavia City Court stemming from his arrest Friday for alleged incidents on Hutchins Street. He is being held in Genesee County Jail without bail.
