A Rochester man was sentenced to three years in prison Thursday after being picked up on a warrant in Mt. Morris and being turned over to the County Sheriff's Office. 22-year old Edward Fuller was previously convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and failed to appear for his sentencing. He was arrested and then sentenced in Genesee County court.
A Byron man has been charged with illegal entry in the United States. 23-year old Javier Resendez was arrested after police received a report of a suspicious male trying to find a ride home at the Arrow Mart in Batavia.
57-year old Samuel Thomas is accused of stealing and damaging several newspapers that were for sale at an Arrow Mart in Batavia. Thomas has been charged with petit larceny.
