He’s charged with menacing and locked up in lieu of $2,500 bail.

More trouble for an Alexander man already behind bars for Burglary and Grand Larceny.
25-year-old Nicholas Antonucci of Broadway Road was in trouble for allegedly stealing some dirt bikes in Attica. 
He’s now been charged with taking a shotgun and a dirt bike from private homes in Gainsville and Covington.
Antonuccio remains locked up in the Wyoming County jail.His total bail is now over $100,000.

The Dave Mathews Band rolled into Darien Lake on Tuesday night.
An audience of 21-thousand was there, a sellout according to promoter Live Nation.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 98 people, 87 of them for underage drinking.
One 19-year-old girl from Amherst was arrested for climbing a cell phone tower near the concert site.

Joey Chestnut has done it again, winning his sixth consecutive Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating contest in Coney Island.  
Chestnut ate 68 hot dogs and buns in ten minutes at the 97th annual Fourth of July contest.  
On the women's side, defending champion Sonya Thomas, who calls herself "the black widow," broke her own record by downing 45 hot dogs and buns in ten minutes.  
The five-foot-five, 105-pound  Sonya Thomas takes home ten-thousand dollars for the win.
