Four persons were arrested on drug charges yesterday afternoon by Genesee County Sheriffs Deputies during two traffic stops on Route 33 in the town of Stafford.
In the first stop, 24-year-old Christopher Gray of Washington Street in Attica was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Gary was issued an appearance ticket.
In the second stop, 3 Batavia men were all arrested on various drug charges. They are identified as 31-year-old Andrew Draper of Overlook Drive, 28-year-old David King Junior of Batavia-Oakfield Town Line Road, and 38-year-old Randy Wiedrich of Porter Avenue. All were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument. Draper was charged additionally with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
A Webster man was arrested early morning following an incident in the Batavia Downs Parking Lot. 40-year-old John Annechino of Ridge Road in Webster was charged with Criminal Contempt of Court and Disorderly Conduct. Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies say Annechino was yelling obscene language at his girl friend. Further investigation found that there was a refrain from offensive conduct Order of Protect issued in Webster Town Court against Annechino. He’s in the Genesee County jail with no bail set.
