Just how did a resident of a Batavia Senior Citizen housing facility fall to his death from his apartment window?
The answer to that is the subject a police investigation today.
52-year-old William Hastings fell to his death yesterday afternoon from a window in his seventh-floor apartment at 400 Towers.
Batavia Police are still trying to determine if Hastings fell accidentally or if he may have jumped.
The Monroe County Medical Examiner is performing an autopsy.
