A fatal accident over the weekend in the nearby Town of Leicester.
20-year-old Bryan Holland of Cuylerville was killed in a one-vehicle crash early Saturday on Caledonia Road.
Livingston County Sheriff’s Deputies said Holland was alone in his pick-up truck heading southbound on Caledonia road.
They said Holland apparently lost control of his truck causing it to run off the highway and overturn.

There were 94 arrests, 70 for underage drinking.
Only one of those arrested was from Genesee County.
The act was “Drake” a Canadian hip-hop singer.
New York Senator Charles Schumer is calling on the Department of Transportation to require airlines to display preferred seating fees along with the ticket price on the first internet screen where the price is quoted.
Schumer also announced yesterday that two airline companies are complying with his request to let family members sit together on flights without charging extra. Schumer says he talked to JetBlue and Virgin America CEOs and convinced them to drop the extra fees arguing that young children should not be separated from their parents.
Lee Schuster has some explaining to do today.
State police say Schuster was so drunk yesterday morning he walked into the wrong house in the Erie County Town of Newstead and took a nap on the couch.
Newstead is just over the Genesee County line.
Schuster was charged with criminal trespass.
