A Batavia man is accused of taking part in a personal sexual act at a local retail store.
67 year-old Michael Liptak of Pratt Road was charged with public lewdness and criminal mischief 4th.
Liptak was allegedly caught taking part in the lewd act at Kmart.
He will appear in Batavia Town Court at a later date.
