The Genesee County Drug Task force arrested a Batavia man for allegedly growing marijuana in his garage.

25-year old Ian Blake of Swan Street is charged with 2 counts of unlicensed growing of cannabis, unlawful possession of marijuana and 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

The drug task force and Batavia police responded to Blake’s home after they received reports that drugs were growing there.

Blake also has charges pending for allegedly selling oxycodone to a task force agent and growing marijuana in his basement back in May.

Blake has been jailed without bail.
