60 days in Jail and 3 years probation for a Clarendon man who used his pick-up truck to block a woman from driving down North Byron Road in March of 2011.
38-year old William Grathouse plead guilty to criminal mischief in the 4th degree for ramming his vehicle into the woman's vehicle, who was an acquaintance, and then threatening her with a gun.
Grathouse was sentenced in County Court Thursday afternoon.
Criminal weapons possession charges are also pending in Orleans County for Grathouse.
Investigators searched his house this past January, allegedly finding a large number of fully-automatic weapons, illegal machine guns and assault rifles.
Judge Robert Noonan said he had to disregard the pending Orleans County charges during Thursday’s sentencing.
Grathouse will serve the Genesee County sentence intermittently starting at 6p.m. on Friday, May 25th.
