A Buffalo man is arrested after alleged DNA evidence linked him to a Batavia burglary.
18-year-old Steven McKnight is accused of stealing from a home on Batavia-Elba Townline road back in December.
McKnight wasn’t collard until recently, because a blood sample found on a French door at the crime scene was being tested by a Monroe County Crime Lab.
McKnight was charged with Burglary in the Second. He is in custody awaiting sentencing for another burglary charge in the town of Pembroke.
