The Batavia woman accused of hitting 70-year old Grace Suozzi, who was working at Walmart on Christmas Eve makes her first appearence in County Court.
A grand jury indicted 26-year-old Jacquetta Simmons on two counts of assault in the second degree.
Simmons entered a not guilty plea Thursday morning. She’s scheduled to reappear in court June 21st, any motions filed on her behalf will be presented that day.
