It was a graduation day of sorts for a small Batavia company with big plans.
Batavia Enclosures started as an industrial incubator and is now ready for their own building. The industrial business manufactures precision metal products for electronic companies.
Leonard Roberto runs Batavia Enclosures.
“We have currently five people, we’re anticipating that in the near future hiring an additional four or five people,” said Roberto.
Roberto said that from his business came a second company called Savageio. They manufacture a computer that stores and serves data to other computers over a network.
“Currently we make the most dense and fastest server in the world right here in Batavia. We’re taking on people like Del and EMC and IBM, quite frankly we’re kicking the crap out of them,” said Roberto.
Roberto thanked Bank of Castile for helping them purchase the new 27-thousand square foot building.
