An Attica man is now federally indicted for coercion and enticement, after getting caught up in an undercover police investigation against sexual predators.
46-year-old Paul Havlen is accused of talking on the internet with what he believed was a 15-year-old boy, and then allegedly setting up a meeting with the boy for sex and drugs.
What Havlen didn’t know was that his online acquaintance was actually an undercover police officer. They nabbed him at the pre-determined “meeting place.”
Havlen faces a minimum of ten years in prison – maximum of life – if convicted.
