City Hall thinks there may be room for another mall in downtown Batavia.
Julie Pacatte is the city’s Economic Development Coordinator.

The Ellicott Court mall has one probable tenant, the Save-a-Lot grocery store. That project may be helped along with a $100,000 state grant that the city has applied for.
