Ed Minardo is an exceptional individual in the field of corrections/restorative justice and I have no doubt that he will administer progressive policies jail policies that will ensure the safety of all correctional staff and inmates. He is fair, firm and consistent in all that he does and the people of Genese County will greatly benefit from Mr. Minardo's vision, philosophy and ability to roll up his sleeves and get to work.
