A LeRoy man has been nabbed by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force for possession, use, and possible trafficking of cocaine.
21-year-old Craig Tiberio-Shepherd of LeRoy is charged with Criminal Possession and Criminal Use of cocaine. He was arrested in a raid on his Lathrop Avenue home last night.
When lawmen showed up, Tiberio-Shepherd allegedly threw a baggie of cocaine down on the ground. Then he's accused of fighting with the officers. Two officers sustained minor injuries.
Tiberio-Shepherd was additionally charged with Felony Assault and Obstructing Government Administration for the fight.
Drug packing materials, digital scales, money, and a quantity of the controlled substance Suboxone were all confiscated from Tiberio-Shepherd’s home.
He’s now jailed without bail. He’ll appear in LeRoy Town Court on Monday.
