A two car crash on Route 98 in Elba results in a felony DWI charge for a Niagara Falls man.
26 year old Ryan Isham of the Falls was charged with felony drunk driving following the crash early yesterday.
When deputies came upon the crash, they found Ishman’s pick-up truck was on its roof.
Deputies say more charges are pending.
There were no serious injuries.
The DWI against Isham was a felony due to a previous drunk driving conviction within the past 10 years.

The Bills are off to a good start. 
Buffalo beat the Jets 21-12 at home.  The Bills' new head coach, Sean McDermott, was credited as an integral part of the team winning its first game of the season and was given the game ball afterward. 
LeSean McCoy rushed for 110 yards and Tolbert found the end zone on the ground. 
New York managed just 38 rushing yards and reached the red zone just once as its offense struggled.

The Batavia City Council meets tonight.
Council now resumes its twice a month meeting schedule after reducing the sessions to just one per month over the summer.
Council is facing a routine agenda.
The meeting begins at 7 tonight in city hall.

Children exposed to dust from the September 11th terror attacks show an early risk for heart disease. 
That's the main finding of a study by NYU health researchers.
Dr. Leonardo Trasande, the lead author of the study, says his team looked at nearly three-thousand kids, mostly young adults now, who breathed in ashes and fumes from a toxic debris cloud that enveloped Lower Manhattan following 9-11.
