Attica woman arrested for allegedly dealing drugs out of her home.
44 year old Kara Baker was the subject of an investigation by the Wyoming County Drug Task Force for allegedly dealing drugs out of her home in Attica.
She was arrested following a raid of her residence where Task Force members seized a large amount of suspected cocaine along with other drugs and paraphernalia.
Baker was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child for having a 16 year old at the residence.
Additional felony charges for drug sales are said to be pending according to Task Force members.
She was remanded to jail on $25,000 bail.

Victim and driver identified in fatal crash on Route 39.
The driver of the vehicle involved in Thursday’s fatal crash on Route 39 has been identified as 51 year old Holly Mullen of Geneseo.  
The victim was identified by name yesterday morning by the Geneseo School District and is currently being withheld by WBTA for consideration to family members.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the 14 year old victim was running northbound with a teamate on Route 39 during cross country practice.
She and her running partner were attempting to cross the road and return back to the school when the victim entered the roadway and was struck by the vehicle, a Subaru Crosstrek. 
Cell phone use and driver impairment have been ruled out. 
The preliminary investigation does not substantiate any charges at this time.  
The investigation continues.    

Videotape of teen fight incriminates four adult women.
An alleged fight between two teenage girls in the yard of a Medina residence was videotaped in August.
The video also showed four adult women allegedly supporting the violence between the 13 and 16 year old girls and failing to intervene.
33 year old Dana Shine, 31 year old Ebony Shine, 26 year old Brittany Osby-Turner and 24 year old Kayla Williams were all charged with Conspiracy and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Shine was also accused of prepping a witness with what to tell police and was additionally charged with Tampering with a Witness.
All four are expected to appear in Shelby Town Court at a later date.

Byron man busted for drug sale by Local Drug Task Force.
21 year old Jacob Russell of Walkers Corners Road was allegedly found in possession of heroin when he was being taken into custody on a Byron Town Court bench warrant.
Following further investigation, Russell was also accused of giving a quantity of the drug to another individual.
He was charged with two Class B felonies and a Class A Misdemeanor for drug sale and possession and was committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $50,000.
