39 year old Jason Anderson of Castile appeared in Wyoming County Court yesterday where he agreed to plead guilty to third degree Attempted Grand Larceny to be placed on one year interim supervision.

Anderson admitted to taking more than $4,000 in payments for tutoring he never actually provided at Perry Central School.

An important stipulation of the plea agreement was that Anderson would have to pay full restitution to the school within two weeks or the deal was off.

If successful with his probation he will be allowed to plead to a lesser charge, if he is not successful he could still be facing up to four years in prison for his conviction.
