DPW is working on the sewer on Ross Street, causing the library to close at 4 this afternoon.

UPDATE (2:15): A representative from the Richmond Library says the library will have regular business hours today until 9 p.m. The repair work was apparently cancelled.

UPDATE (3:17): After another call from the Library, it WILL indeed be closing at 4 pm today. The City decided to go ahead with the project.
