    <description>So... is manager Molino trying to cut spending by putting the trash collection service up to bid? If so this is what should be happening and is a good thing. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUT, if Molino is serious about cutting spending, then it is high time he looked at privatizing, or at least drastically reducing other city services that are costing the city &quot;way too much&quot;. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example; the top 10 paid Batavia city firemen cost the city more than the entire currently disputed ARC contract amount {$811Kit does not include pension, healthcare, and other benefitsvillage, townCOMMENTLINK    </channel>
