    <description>In my opinion, anyone who gets involved with leasing their land to a &lt;br /&gt;&quot;Fracking&quot;  Corporation, gets what they deserve.  As I understand things, they lose all rights/control to their property, except to pay the tax on it.  People --DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!---After you have consulted an attorney versed in these kind of contracts.  </description>
