    <description>Terrific! It already too forever for records. The Rochester and Buffalo hospitals uses a similar service. Holy crap...you almost never see records then. When you have questions...you're talking to a consultant or service that doesn't know you from Adam. Bummer...and for the employees as well.  UMMC...I don't see anything you do as helping anyone in the community with your changes over the last couple of months. Sad.</description>
