You should be charged with assault if you commit assault. If you cannot control yourself, then you suffer the full consequences of your actions. If you are 26 and cannot tell someone is older than you and you CHOOSE to assault them, you face additional more stringent penalties because of your actions. That's the law. Age does not grant a person the right to tease and mock or allow them to patronize a customer.
