    <description>What is wrong with these people????  You should be charged with assault if you commit assault.  If you cannot control yourself, then you suffer the full consequences of your actions.  If you are 26 and cannot tell someone is older than you and you CHOOSE  to assault them, you face additional more stringent penalties because of your actions.  That's the law.  The defendent does not have to know the age of her victim - SHE NEEDS TO CONTROL HERSELF AND NOT COMMIT ASSAULT NO MATTER THE AGE OF HER VICTIM.</description>

    <description>Well what exactly did the elder lady do to intimidate and cause the violent reaction from the younger person. Age does not grant a person the right to tease and mock or allow them to patronize a customer. Sometimes elderly people can and do act funky without realizing the potential outcome.</description>
