    <description>But what does that really mean?! One out of 80 tested so far shows some TCE but couldn't what was in the drum have leeched, leaked or evaporated and still got out  somehow? or is that not possible? That's why we need Bowcock involved. I still feel like Kim Cox doth protest too much.</description>
