Vernon Avenue and South Swan Street (from Ellicott to Sumner) will experience traffic closures for roadway milling on Wednesday, June 19 from, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The storm was picked up in Akron and it is moving across Genesee County.

UPDATE (3:21): The National Weather Service has rescinded its special weather message about the strong storm. Instead, spotty t-storms are expected throughout tonight.
