Wester NY Tri County Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold a blood drives, Tuesday, March 26, from 9am to 2pm at Elba High School, South Main Street, Elba and at Hope Lutheran Church, East Main Street, Arcade from 11:30am to 5:30pm.
